The Wolves fall to the Jets 5-3

The Lansing Wolves’ defense had a poor night, allowing the Metro Jets 27 shots throughout the game. The Metro Jets took the lead before the halfway point in the third on a goal from Connor Inger.

Michael Schramm delivered for his team with 3 points (1 goal, 2 assists) and Carter Stensland did his part, adding 2 assists. Anthony Cinato contributed with 3 points (1 goal, 2 assists) and George Hansen chipped in with 2 assists.

In the first period, Flannery opened the scoring for Metro with a goal at 2:21 with helpers from Gierman and Inger. Inger put in a goal at 6:05 with helpers from Cinato and Momot. Cinato netted a goal at 10:24 with assists from his teammates Davis and Hansen. Redman finally put the Wolves on the board with a goal at 19:48 with helpers from Schramm and Stensland.

During the third period, Schramm deposited a goal at 2:33 with assists from Stensland and Fehlig. Jurinenoks quickly followed with a goal at 3:10 with helpers from Reed and Schramm. Inger answered for the Jets with what turned out to be the game winning goal at 14:17 with assists from his linemates, Davis and Cinato. Inger deposited a goal at 19:11 with helpers from Hansen and Alafriz.

This loss brings the Lansing Wolves’ record to (5-7-1-0).
