The Lansing Wolves are pleased to have signed to a tender agreement with Brandon Ashley. The Saginaw, Michigan native who attended Saginaw Heritage High School is a 5’11 165 lb forward and is a working machine. He will be graduating in early June.
Brandons hard work was noticed on too numerous occasions to mention from the Heritage coaches and fans alike. Brandon is a tireless and relentless competitor, his 3 years have been a revelation. “The ultimate team player who leaves it all on the ice” was a direct quote from his coaches and team mates.
Brandon has long range goals of playing at the NCAA level at the highest possible level. His natural ability will shine at the junior level for sure. His ultimate goals academically are to pursue a career in Sports Medicine. Feeling the Wolves path is the start in what he is striving to achieve.
The Wolves Scouting staff states “Brandons unreal motor, speed, being a 200 foot player and winning pedigree is what we seek in players”
Coach Lawrence states “our penalty kill and work ethic just improved right before our eyes, along with sneaky offensive ability it is a natural fit for the Wolves”
Brandons goals are to take the Wolves to the Silver Cup, an NAHL team to the Robertson Cup and ultimately compete for a NCAA championship.
We welcome aboard Brandon, his dad-Jeff, mother-Audrey and brother-Cam to our Wolves family.
